Online registration in Rschool must be completed for a student to attend tryouts, participate on an athletic team, or attend out-of-season Green Days. Families simply need to create one family account to sign up all their children for sports throughout their high school careers. Please select all sports of interest.
Students and parents need to complete several steps prior to participating in high school sports. Requirements include:
- Completion of the VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination form
- Doctor’s physical examination Physical Examination (dated after May 1st, signed and stamped)
- Include Student accident insurance coverage
- Sign online the Arlington Public Schools Athletic/Co-Curricular Participation Agreement
- Review and acknowledge online fact sheets on concussions
- Meet minimum academic eligibility standards
VHSL requires that all athletes must have health insurance. For those students not already covered, APS recommended student accident insurance is available for purchase. Information on this insurance can be found at https://tinyurl.com/44nc36aw.
